This 75-minute Yin Yang yoga class is designed to help you find your balance and keep you centered amidst the challenges you may be facing. Doris and Holly will lead you through some Breathing and Meditation exercises, an active and dynamic Yang Yoga practice followed by a restorative and calming Yin Yoga practice. This class is open to people with all experience levels - beginners included!
